The cost to subscribe for a Single-Use account is a one-time activation fee of
$5.00. There is no recurring monthly fee associated with a Single-Use account.
Single-Use accounts expire 4 hours after activation. After expiration, a Single-Use account can be re-activated
for an additional 4-hours. A re-activation fee of $5.00 will be applied.
In addition, there is a charge of $0.50 for each page printed
which will automatically be applied to your credit card when the account expires.
